  Depression / Bipolar Support Group
individuals with bipolar and/or depression

This group provides peer support for individuals who have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and/or depression. Family members and friends are welcome to accompany the individual experiencing mental illness. The group meets every Saturday in the training room.

During the first hour or so of the group, individuals have the chance to share about significant current issues or events in their lives. During the last half hour or so, we discuss various topics and give feedback to one another. We share our experience, strength, and hope with each other. no one is required to share or participate in discussion. if you want, you can just come and listen.
